Colin Farrell, Jude Law and Johnny Depp will all act in the flick according to Law’s agent.
Ledger was part-way through filming the Terry Gilliam directed movie when he died of an accidental drugs overdose.
According to sources the starry trio which each play an element of the lead character Tony in the fantasy.
Production was halted when Heath died on January 22, it’s currently unknown when it will resume.
